The only way you are going to learn how to avoid people that have road rage is to completely avoid the roads period! Now for the majority of us, this is going to be utterly inconvenient for today's modern society of transportation. You can of course opt for public means of transport however this isn't always convenient either.

Your best option is to abide by the road rules regardless of state or country, if you chose to vacate in another state or country for example, make sure you and your spouse are equip with the road rules as they may differ from your own state or country.

If you are confronted with a driver who is in Road Rage mode, try to accept responsibility of the situation, however if the situation involves an accident you are best not to verbally accept responsibility as this may effect your insurance policy.
