This article was rather disappointing to me. With two minutes of research on each of these tips, I find that only the one about green tea had definitive treatment benefits. The rest were occasionally proven to maybe work in some patients who generally had a deficieny in the compound.

I knew from prior research that Vitamin C has been proven essentially useless (look it up, its true), so when i saw the first tip I knew I would have to background check the rest of these remarks.

I wish this author would have cited sources to all of the "recent studies" that are mentioned to give the readers (who may be desperately seeking some sort of treatment) reason to believe what is published.

Look up vitamin C, Turmeric and any of the other compounds in this article and you'll find that their so-called benefits are based on myths.
