On the internet millions of searches are done with keywords. When people type these keywords into search boxes of search engines, indexed websites with those keywords articles will most likely be on the first page of the search results. Yes...keyword-rich articles are leading traffic to websites.

Content is king!  People are searching everyday to find information on a topic that they want to know more about.  If you can provide this information in your articles, you can drive a lot of traffic to your website!

1. It's 100% free. All you need is a pc and an internet connection. If you have those, you have anything you need in order to complete and publish your article
2. Submit your articles to articles directories that have a high ranking in the search engines and your website will be crawled.
3. When you submit your articles to the article directories, other web developpers will use your articles too. So make sure you add the right copyright terms and place the URL of your website at the end of your article and you will direct more traffic to your website.
4. Brand yourself. As an internet marketer you have to show that you are an expert on your field. And what better way to show that than by writing articles.

Here are some tips that will help you creating good articles. Below you will read four things all articles must have to get traffic out of them :

• Keywords and keyword phrases

A good article must be focused on specific keywords and keyword phrases. Most of the internet surfers are actually looking for a specific something. So you definitely want to make sure that your article have all the right keywords that are related to your content.

• Keyword density

Also important when writing an article is the “keyword density”. You want your article to have 10 to 15 % of keyword density in their content for the search engines to rank your article high in their search results. 

Keyword density is nothing more than the number of times you use a keyword in your article. Be careful here because your keyword density may no be too high or too low. If you have a very high keyword density, your article will loose it’s essence and it will certainly not be interesting for people to read. A low number will be ignored by the search engines. 

• Write good content

As stated above, you can not just fill an article with keywords. You must provide your readers an article which is really informative and interesting to read. Picture yourself searching for a particular subject on the internet… I’m sure you want to find articles with interesting and well written content. 

Also try to write your articles with a good grammar and the correct spelling. A well written articles will show that you’re the expert in your business and that’s what people are looking for! 

• Place your link

If you are going to submit your articles to ezines and/or newsletters, don't ever forget to include a link to your site. Ad a little recourse box with a brief description of your site and should be placed right after your article that you have submitted. If people like your articles, they will most likely click on the link directing them to your site. 

Whenever you’re ready to submit your articles to the e-zines, newsletters or article directories you have to make sure that people can find your link on the bottom of your article. The best way to do this is to ad a little resource box with a brief description of your website that invites people to click on it.
