How to arrange blogs on Blogger

In order to change or rearrange the way your blogs are viewed on your Blogger page is fairly easy. All you have to do is log into your Blogger account, then go to your dashboard. In the section, where it says, "Manage your blogs," select the 'Layout' button on the blog you wish to change. Once you are on the Edit Layout page, select the 'Edit' button located in the 'Blog Archive' box. This will open up a small window where you can change the hierarchy of your blogs. Not much of a selection however, in the ways you can have your blogs posted. You only have the choice of showing your older or new blogs first, then the rest follow suit.

I hope this information was helpful to you, as well as any future Blogger users.

Probably not the best idea otherwise you'll always have a blog that looks like it doesn't have fresh content because all the new posts get carried down. After a while the front page just doesn't move.

I would advise against doing this and keep the default. Thats how blogs are supposed to work.

I think you should do whatever your personal preference may be, depending on what your tring to do with your blog and how you want people to view your page should be your layout. If a person is to lazy to push 'Next' on the pages well, then, I don't know what to say other than, why the hell are you on the computer?? There aren't "Rules" to blog layouts. Hence the many customizations you can do with different sites. It's all about personal preference here.

I can't believe they could get something so basic so wrong.

Having 2 choices is no choice, either the newest post which is freshest showing first or the oldest which is the most relevent like a home page, showing first.

Why didn't they simply allow a home page that's static? I find this structural problem with almost all blog platforms and to me its ridiculous and why I didn't get into blogging sooner as opposed to normal websites with clear navigation.

This was near to helpful but only adjusting the archive order was not my resolution. Thank you however...
