The depression is very common nowadays

We can say that depression is linked to feelings of guilt from the past that store in the heart, the feeling of sadness and melancholy, facing the difficulties and problems of this and the anxiety ahead of the future.
The family is no longer what it was, a support structure for each of its members, all live racing, no time for dialogue, for sharing. We're digging up a gap that alienates people from what really ought to unite, because in the midst of so many races no longer have time to smile, to tell each other how much love is in addition to their differences.

Moreover ever more people living alone without having to talk to, share joys and sorrows. Some have no family, others, the family also has to take time for them!
The man is a gregarious, that was not born to live alone and when sharing the life is more happy. The expulsion of nature has also been harmful to humans. How many times today we enjoy the sun, look at a flower, hear the chirp of a bird? The sun is a great enemy of depression.

We turn on the television and only see news of disasters, as had already ceased to exist beautiful things! The man of today has become fearful: fear of disease, fear of disaster, fear of loneliness...
But above all, the man was lost. Do not know who it is.
