This is the continuation of hub
How to speed by my internet connection
Double click the TCP Optimizer.exe
Double clicking it will give you this popup
Click run.You will now see this screen
Adjust the slider. Choose your connection speed.
Choose optimal settings. Click apply.
Clicking apply will take you to this screen.Click ok.And then restart your system.
Now your internet connection will show optimal performance.

Depending on your internet speed you purchased thats what you set the slider to, if u paid for 4mb and connect at 2 set it at 4mb and so on
