6612 steps to convert films to PSP format with subtitles
I'm writing this hub because i had problems in convert films with subtitles for my PSP in the past days. After search a litle bit in the internet i reacho to the solution. Now i want to share this solution in easy way to understand.I hope that this list of steps help most of users of PSP.
- Install PSP Video Express (Free);
- Install VobSub 2.23;
- Install directshow filter for subtitles - directvobsub.Version without installer;
- Extract VSFilter.dll file to folder system32 of Windows;
- Register filter: start> Run and write regsvr32 VSfilter.dll;
- Put in the same local movie and subtitles files with the same name (ex: xxxxx.avi e xxxxx.srt);
- Run PSP Video Express;
- Choose file to convert (.avi, ou outro). Don“t need file of subtitles here!;
- Define conversion parameters. I use this ones: Resolutio 320x240; Video: 684kbps; Audio: 48kbps;
- Record it;
- Transfer files to PSP (ATT: Don't change name of converted files);
- Enjoy it......
