How to convince people to buy when your not famous?
70Building Customer relationships
Name recognition does help when selling to hungry prospect that need your product. Some people buy products, simply because they know the recognition of a product or brand. They
were told that the product was good through word of mouth or advertisement, that is the key for sellers selling their product.
People buy from sellers they know. The essential ingredient to getting and maintaining a reputable brand to selling is to build a relationship with your customers, let them know that you deliver quality service. On average, most people don't buy from strangers, it's like telling a child don't talk to strangers.
The main goal is proving your social skills to putting forth effort into making them feel worthy about the product you sell to your customers. Providing feedback and listening is a great way of showing concern to how well they like your service or product.
Asking for testimonials is a great way of thanking your customers this allow feedback on whether they would consider purchasing from you again. Testimonials are great when maintaining a customer and reaching potencial customers.
Product review in testing a product is a great way to improve loyalty. Research companies perform this a lot. This helps you to better enable the your product to meet your customers needs. A trial period will ensure that you will get feedback on how well your service or product.
There are many ways of getting people to try your product, you can offer a trial version or a free version where feedback is so important to knowing that you will get testimonials if they truly like the product.
Don't worry about giving up your profit, cause the reward will be huge. Sometimes we must give a lot in order to receive.
You can start up a research group to the first 10 people a free to try out your new product or service. In return you ask if they will give you honest feedback about the product or services. If they like it, then you can ask if it will be okay to use their feedback as a testimonial.
The great thing about giving away your product or service is that you will build credibility even if no one knows or even heard of you. Most people like getting things for FREE. This will give you the exposure you need to selling your product or service to those in knowing that they are getting quality.
Quality is so important now days, everyone want quality, by doing it this way you went from generic is when no one know your product or service to quality in building a strong reputation to providing value in a sense of having a great brand everyone loves.
Honesty is the best policy. Being resonable and honest with your opinions about your product or service is a better way to achieving lasting relationships, no one want to associate with a phony. Being genuine in your decisions about the product or service you are sharing is very essential.
In building trust is letting your customers know once they start to buy from you, about your product or service is to always be as straight forward as possible. This includes alleviating out the HYPE, no one wants to listen cause it sounds like trash, and you will then tend to look like garbage with a bunch of useless product, no one wants.
Scarcity is bad business, don't say oh yeah there are like 25 copies left, so you better hurry up and get your copy. This is called hype, cause you are hyping it up just to make a sale. First of all, no one likes to be SOLD to, it like putting people under pressure. We all have enough issues just by paying our bills.
When selling a product or service. I hear most say that for example, something is worth $997 who cares how much it is worth, the fact that I am interested in is does it provide value or how can I benefit from this product or service.
This type of statement is what most people are programmed to, when you hear the mathematics or formulas $997 you feel that you need to take advantage or go get it, cause your mind is programmed that the product or service is better, well that's not absolutely true in my opinion. A $5 product or service can be a better quality than a $997 product or service. It is how you see the product or service.
For the most part, we must remember that we don't need to convince anyone to buy our product or service, it's all about sharing one's knowledge to building better relationships with our customers and getting feedback this will strongly help in building testimonial, the more testimonials you have about your product or service the better it is for you.
Sharing is caring,
