How to cook Maryland Soft Shell Crabs
59Growing up in Annapolis, Maryland definitely had its advantages when it came to seafood. I would spend most of my summer days on one of the many rivers off of the Chesapeake Bay fishing and crabbing. The day would always end having caught at least 2 or 3 good sized soft crabs. Taking them home to my father is where I learned how to clean and cook them. The recipe I share with you here is very simple, but it's the only way I will ever cook a soft crab. It's delicious!
