As you see on the picture the body is divided into eight sections. You can also tell the a female has a wider shoulders then hip, it's ok. It's totally up to you to make them look as you want. Just to make sure not to give a female a thick neck, because it would give her very muscular look, and she would look like a man. It would look sexy on a female if she would have muscular legs, that's ok, but the legs should be drawn sleek and shapely. It would also look sexier if you would draw a longer legs on a female, draw ether longer or proportional legs. Make sure to follow the guide like the one on the picture and you will be ok.
