66Ghost writing jobs, How to find High paying ghostwriting jobs
First you will want to establish yourself with some one or a organization that can recommend or be a referral for you to potential clients, some of the easiest ways to get ghostwriting jobs for ghostwriters is to contact non profit organizations, offer to volunteer your writing services to them, or offer your writing services to business professional workshop coordinators, many non profit organizations are created from universities in your area, offer to write for them or their client list for free or for an inclusion in their newsletter or mailing lists. This is one of the fastest and easiest ways to build a credible referral that you can count on to offer a testimonial to your qualifications.
Some benefits of being a ghost writer when looking to start a freelance writing career
Mainly because it will allow you to focus on writing more and searching for writing jobs less. The pay is better and no need to fight the competition to get your book proposal read by the agents and publishers critics. See there are many people who would love to write a book, they have an idea in mind and just need someone to write it for them. The best advice that one can gain is to understand the need to make connections. One overlooked place to network is with other writers and editors, the reason this works so well is because other writers come across assignments that they may not be able to accept due to a busy schedule or because it may cover a subject area they do not particularly specialize in. If they know ahead of time that you are available to accept such assignments you will be the first one they contact.
Network with other writers and editors to find ghostwriting jobs
Another reasons would include that other writers have access to multiple resources and by sharing these everyone benefits greatly. Attend conventions and events, subscribe to trade magazines that is niche specific to what you are interested in or have a background with such as the health industry, law, sports or hospitality.
Use that prior experience to help clients who work in that field and my want to write a book. For example if you have knowledge of the catering business and you know of chefs who create exceptional receipes and gourmet menus, offer your services to help them with writing a book.

Sure it was fun, I was surprised to find so much information on the topic.
this Hub is nice...but my personal opinion about ghost writing is that I would not want to write whole book FOR SOMEBODY ELSE without putting my name on it. I would not want that somebody else is ghostwriter of my the book as well.
It reminds me on the school time, when only few of us in the class were writing essays, and the rest of people copied our content. At that time i thought I was helping people, now I am aware that I was support their laziness or lack of interest.
Writing for discussion boards is something else: it can be very exiting.
Thank you for all research you do, you are great. Thumbs up!
Wish you the most beautiful Holidays and a lot of joy and success in your life.
Thanks tatjana, you make some really valid points, being a ghostwriter is more of a backseat approach to writing. I remember those days in school when my classmates would ask for my notes after class.. just to think I thought they appreciated me... well I guess they are the ones who lose in the end because they are trying to cruise off others hard work.
As for ghostwriting it is a good field and pays well for those who want to make a living working from home as a freelance writer. thanks for sharing.
Yes, you are right, it is good pay for ghostwriting, and I very appreciate your article and all research done. It is much better to be well paid ghostwriter then not to use writing skills at all. Anyhow, it could be good start, someone can get self-esteem so developed to print his/her own book afterwards, with money earned on that way.
Thanks.
By the way, I am still not sure what to think about my classmates who were coping my notes and essays...the problem was in me...I did not know how to say "no", because of lack of self-esteem, I wanted to be loved & accepted. They just choose the easy way (talent which belongs to somebody else) and get credits for that. Same with ghostwriting the books: somebody has money and well developed self-esteem, pays somebody else( who has talent but much lower self esteem) to write the book, earns fame and much more money...without any shame or guilt. It is not problem in the person who pays, it is problem with person who values oneself so low that cannot see whole beauty of the talent which possess... and all good possibilities which can be created with it.
I think all of us need to learn how to better monetize our talents...that is my point. In the meantime...like I said, ghostwriting can be a good school and resource of money.
Thanks again for informations.
A lots of love.
Its true what you say about, it is problem with person who values oneself so low that cannot see whole beauty of the talent they possess. It would be nice if more people could see their own talents and strengths and use them to help others.
Tatjana I like your contribution to this hub, thanks!
Great hub with lots of useful information. I also love your blog. I'm interested in become a ghost-writer and the information that you've provided is priceless. Keep-up the good work Research Analyst.
Thanks Bryan I am glad you found the information useful, from what is happening with more business people needing to publish a book to show they are experts in their field it will open up more writing opportunities for freelancers.
Good tips on this hub, Research Analyst. I will be visiting more of your 'freelancing' info hubs (gosh there are so many). Perhaps I need to look around more at your various hubs but any chance of your writing a 'due diligence' article/hub on how to select VALID, legitimate sources that pay for ghostwriting, etc? Some of the web searches I have done on places that pay writers look pretty suspicious.
Great Idea, I will look into it. thanks for stopping by.
I really did not start out with the intention of being a ghost writer but somehow these jobs keep landing in my lap. It is actually a fun task and challenge to research and write about various subjects.
Wow ! this is a wonderful resource I was not aware of.
I intend to check it out.
Writing is my passion.
regards
Hector
