I think you have a good list of foods here, but a really important point is to know how much food you eat to stay at your same weight now... track your calories for a week or two. Then increase your calories, using the foods above, by about 250 a day and see how quickly you gain weight. if you are gaining more than 2 pounds a week then you may want to cut back on the calories by half and keep testing every week until you find your correct intake.

If you want to gain weight without fat, learn a little bit about the insulin index, which is similar to the glycemic index and only eat low insulin index foods when you are not working out. when you are working out eat high insulin index foods with quick digesting whey protein.

get plenty of sleep. drink plenty of water.
