Here is the best way i have found to remove THC from your body quickly. I Have heard of several differant ways of doing this and i have tried a couple but this one seems to work every time! wheather your drug test is a day away or a week away i would bet my life this will work for you as well as it did for me.

Just fallow my simple steps and you will be just fine im positive.

1.  First things first obviously you need to put all of your bongs, pipes, papers you get the point any and all perifanalia has to be out of sight or you will want to use it. so hide it all and forget about it. Just untill you get your test then you can pull it back out and call all your friends bac over.

2. Now you need to go pic up a couple 3 ltr (101.4 oz) bottles of ocean spray cranberry juice. or if you can find a bigger bottle even better. while you are at the store pic up a case of purified water any kind will do just get a big case. The water is just as important as the cranbery juice.

3. Once you get home you are going to immidiatly start drinking the cranbery juice one glass at a time. I would say drink one glass every hour for the first few hours if your drug test is within a few days. If your test is the next day the you MUST drink a glass an hour or as fast as you possibly can untill the next morning. if you get sick of the juice you can exchange it for a water bottle. do that hard for a few days
