Every man and woman wants a dashing figure. A figure in which body looks attractive and it remains elastic and active; is called an ideal figure. Nature gives almost an ideal figure to each from his/her childhood. When one grows, due to an undisciplined life style plus unbalanced diet, it results in uneven secretion of hormones and this in turn distorts the shape of body and figure. The body becomes fat, obese & uneven.


Before knowing how to get an ideal figure let us see what are taken as ideal figures ->

How to get it?

Daily exercise is a must for maintaining and getting an ideal figure. Yoga done with proper breathing techniques makes the body elastic and helps in creating an ideal figure if continued on a ongoing basis. The body part where there is more fat deposited is being made in shape by doing micro yogic exercises. Daily choose such exercises that create the possibility of blood circulation up to the obese part.


The food must be nutritious. Always choose such food items that are rich in vitamin C, K and E and have less of fat and sugar. Food, rich of vitamins and minerals keeps metabolic activities of body even. Whenever the metabolic activities get disturbed then only there is unbalanced secretion of hormones.


Regular intake of adequate water is very necessary. Our body consists of 70% water, when the ratio of water reduces in the body; fat increases and a lot of diseases start growing. If good amount of water goes inside body daily, it helps in cleaning of body elements and all toxic and unwanted wastes are removed via urine and stool.


If you want to maintain ideal figure forever then you must follow the rules of nature. By having natural treatments one can maintain it for a long time. Regular Steam bath, oil massage of body, sunbath etc helps in creating and maintaining ideal figure.


For having a nice figure, one must think positive in his/her life. Daily meditation and yoga for just half an hour in the morning keeps you fresh and energetic for whole day.
