1. Talk about interesting topics

If you talk about recent interesting topics that people are searching and looking for, you'll get loads of traffic. For instance, try searching for a movie that is going to be released in the near future and talk about that movie. It has to be a famous one, imagine if the 4th movie of Matrix was released.

You can know what people are looking for by checking out the latest search trends on Google. Explore them and talk about them. You might land on Google's first results on your topic and get loads of traffic, and you might also get people's attention here on HubPages.

2. Get links to your HubPages

Links to your hub pages will help you increase your HubPage's relevance and get better rankings on Google. That will of course get you more traffic and therefore more money with ads.

How can you get links into your page ?

You should search HubPages.com for other Hubs related to your topic and comment on the more you can, suggesting that people read your HubPage to and posting a link to your HubPage in the comment.

You can also use links to your HubPage in your signature in Forums and Message Boards (this are spidered by Google very often and you might get a lot of quality links to your HubPage).

Be sure to also invite your friends to check the page you just wrote and ask they're opinion about it.

3. Give the appropriate tags to your HubPage

Don't tag your HubPage with everything you think people will search for, tag it with the appropriate tags that are related to your topic.

4. Mention your keywords

Be sure to mention your keywords several times in your page, to increase it's relevance within search engines.

5. Choose the right title

Mention your keywords within your title and make it eye appealing. Try to choose a title that you would click if you saw it.
