The question of getting perfect abs revolves in everyone’s minds nowadays. Every individual wishes to get those groovy and sexy abs. Be it a beginner or an expert, everyone tries to get the perfect look! Having great abs makes you look great in swimsuits, hot dresses and of course, it boosts your confidence! In this article, I will tell you some of the ways by which you can get great abs!
Here are some of them:
1.    Firstly, you need to remember that in order to make the abs visible, you need to get rid of the excess fat in your body. For men, it should get below 10-11% of the body fat and the abs would probably pop out at 7-8% and in the case of women it should get below 16-19% of the body fat.
2.    Secondly, you need to follow a targeted diet plan which delivers all the required nutrients that your muscle needs in order to look full, round and hydrated. For most bodybuilders, eating a small meal every two to three hours is an effective way to keep a steady flow of muscle-nourishing nutrients entering your body, maintaining a positive nitrogen balance and an anabolic state for muscle cells.
3.    An ab crunch is the right way to start for getting the perfect abs! You need to lie flat on the floor (on your back) with hands crossed over the chest. Now try to bend forward concentrating your power on your abs. Make sure you don't injure your back or your neck. Take it easy being it your first try. Try repeating the steps as much as possible!
4.    If you really want everyone to notice your abs, then you need to bombard them from a variety of angles and take every set to failure, just like you would do with any other muscle group. Talk to your trainer or physician about the abdominal training required for getting that abs right!
5.    Cardio is very important for those who want to get the perfect abs! To get your body fat down do a high intensity cardio workout for 30 to 45 minutes a day, six days a week. Try interval training since it burns more calories then traditional cardio. The two most important factors which affect your cardio are intensity and duration.
Well, above are some of the ways in which you can build perfect abs! Everything comes with hard work and perseverance. So, even if it takes a while to get the perfect shape, don’t be disappointed! Hard work pays in the end!
