Pregnancy is a very important chapter of every women life and and many of you may try to conceive and you don't know how or you can't. Let me tell you a secret, it all stand with ovulation and knowing when you ovulate and when you do have the best chances of getting pregnant - this is very important to know and not to give up. The fact is that there are just to many couples trying to conceive and they tend to give up very early and in fact, the entire process is kinda simple and you have to keep track with it, if you want to succed. I'll be talking more ovulation and conceiving in the next part, but let me give you a hint:

   Hint: if you don't get pregnant in an year period, then you may have to know that there is something wrong or something else, and you should really go to see a doctor - this is very important for you. 

• get rid of stress - stress is not good for anyone and if you are a stressed person then it's complicated for you to have a healthy life, either a child - this can make you problems and if you can't handle all by yourself, then be sure to see a doctor to make sure you don't have any more problems.
• eat healthy - you're going to need it; if you don't eat healthy is kinda impossible for you to do something for yourself; if you're not healthy remember that your child is not going to be healthy and he/she can have some problems you may not want to deal in the first place.
• if your cycle is weird and iregular; then you may want to see a doctor to tell you exactly how you ovulate - basicaly, the thing you need to know is that ovulation has exterior effects that you can sense your your body (I'll be talking more about ovulation and the best chances of getting pregnant), but now you have to know that ovulation comes with a shift in body temperature and also some pain - but not all the women have this pain, so it's nothing about it.
• there are women after 35-40 that want to make a baby and you have to know that you have to see a doctor in order to be sure you're not going to have any more problems with it.

    There is no magic pill to get pregnant fast or to make money easy and fast - the magic pill is work and so much work, in this case it can be sex or some knowledge, about ovulation and stuff, but you have to know that sometimes you can't make things like you really want to make them. 

  It will take time for you to get pregnant (if you're lucky enough you can get pregnant fast), but the main idea is to know when you're going to ovulate (there's going to be a video about this in the meantime). The basic idea is that if you don't know when you're biggest chances to get pregnant are, then you can't do anything about it. Also, you have to know that in the period you have the best chances to get pregnant, there are something like 40% chances to get pregnant, so don't be worry, you are perfectly natural if you don't get pregnant in the first month, or the second, but in the first year or the third, there can be some of the problem that you may want to deal with.

    Maybe that you did not get the chance to get pregnant, altough you make it just in the best period (before or a day-maximum two after you ovulate) - you can try and try again and you don't have to get desperated and stressed if your doctor is telling you that everything is fine - this is nothing just good to do about it.

   There are also some pills around the internet, that you can order online that are claiming to help you get pregnant - there are also women who have got miscarrage into the past and because of that they may have some problems, but there are many deals with them, so give them a try. Never gave up!

   If your cycle is normal and you make sex in the fertile window, then you're going to make something in the end, don't worry to much and don't try to spent to much money on things that may not work.

• ovulation - think about ovulation; the fact is that when you ovulate you're going to throw an egg into the uter - the idea is that this egg is "alive" for 1-2 days and then is going to degenerate - the fact is that if the sperm cells are there when the egg comes, then have 30-40% chances to get it. 
• sperm cells live 3-4 days in the uter; if you have an intercourse
• the fact is that is not good to make sex every single day, if you don't know when your ovulation is, because you could play not good with the quality of the sperm
• also, keep in mind that there are some healthy couples that try year by year to make children and they don't succed - there are a lot of treatments around the web and you should take care about them.
• talk with your husband - if he really loves you, he'll understand that it does not only depends on you to make a baby, it also depends on him, he could also have some sort of fertile problems - if he says his going to go with another women, then you may really have some issues in the relation, that it's good to talk about.
• it is possible that upon an age to get pregnant unplanned, but after 35 you may also have some problems or your husband;
