Diabetes is a disease that you do not really know why you have it or when you have it. If you see your feet or legs are swelling then the first thing you can say is you might have a diabetes. There are some cases that you will not see any symptoms of this type of disease. You might seems so healthy but then if you go to a party and eat red meat or drink beer or eat too much,you will just notice that your feet are swelling and heavy to walk.

We do not really sure where's this diabetes come from, but if your weight is more heavy then mostly we can expect of obesity factor or maybe unhealthy diet. But who knows? Check this link and let's see what's the diabetes is all about.


There are medicine or drugs for treating your diabetes.Or you can ask your doctor about your disease so that they can give some testing in your glucose or insulin hormone injection.

But if you want to treat your diabetes at home, you can take some ginger soup or broth every morning before you will eat your breakfast. Ginger root is found any stores or supermarkets. You can boil it and then drink the soup.

It won't taste good so you might want to add a bit lemon in it if you want. Another thing is bury your legs or whole body in the warm sandy beach.Just see to it that you can still breathe though.

You can also control yourself by eating sweets like sweet pies or other snacks that rich in cholesterol. Healthy diet is very important also.Take some simple exercise everyday. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. If you can, avoid eating red meats or any fatty meals. Lobster or crabs or any seafood usually makes your feet swell. But there are some seafood that will not swell your legs.
