How to heal your gums

Try it.

I started having problems with my gums from, of course, smoking. QUIT! That'll help your gums. Take vitamin C, in case it's a vitamin deficiency, and a multivitamin wouldn't hurt either. Aside from your basic oral hygiene which includes brushing after meals, flossing once a day, here is a technique that gave me perfect gums that dental hygienists love, even after smoking a lot! What I would do, is first floss. Then, swish with antibacterial mouthwash such as Listerine, although I do not work for the company nor professionally endorse that particular brand, or course; but I wouldn't mind! Do this for at least 3 minutes, yes, it will burn. Spit it out, then brush well with baking soda and salt on your brush and rinse again with hydrogen peroxide diluted 50% with water. You'll see the inflammation reduced. Of course, get a good cleaning done, too. I do not pretend to be a dental professional, and they probably don't want you to know this, either. Don't forget, hygiene and diet are very important to teeth. No bad habits, either. Smoking ANYTHING is bad.
