Variety...the spice of life.
I've dealt with this in my friends. It's all about bringing variety and diversity into their lives. Exercise is a big help, but so are other social activities. The more variety, the better! Most of all, it's crucial that you are a good listener. Don't talk too much, just listen. Don't tell them what to do, just encourage them and remind them how much they are loved. Then get out there and do something fun!
