How to increase hub views?

Increasing page views and bringing traffic to hubs/blogs remains as hot topic ever and lot us forget the fact that nothing can bring in loads of traffic. Once can classify the traffic into two types, Targetted and non-Targetted. No one can make money through hubs or blogs unless otherwise one gets a targetted traffic to a page. Now comes the question, how to bring targetted traffic to hubs ?

Quality Content:

Lot of people talk about quality content in different articles but only few say what is a quality content. Quality content is something that is simple, focussed, un-biased original content. Once you have started writting quality content then you are in the race.

Also while writing the content , try to show yourself as expert and try to pour in your expertise into the content to build some trust. Always one can judge the quality of the writer by just looking into the contents. Once can find lot of articles, hubs across here with barely any useful content. Some copy articles from other sites, monetize it and try to make money from it. My advice is 'Dont do that'

SEO Optimised:

Lot of people write quality contents for some time and then they tend to loose confidence and they just loose the race. The flow of traffic from search engines are so important for a hub as they are targetted audiences. The secret behind this trade is, writing quality content with proper keywords within the article, in the title of the article etc. Usage of tags are also so important. Try to pull in keywords from tools like, WordTracker and start using the same in your articles, tiles and tags. Tags are so important and even if you dont know how to do that then try copying it from a popular hub of your own niche.

Dont write keyword stuffed articles because it will reduce the quality of the article and ulitmately you will loose your credibility.

Social Networking:

Try to use social networking sites like digg, stumble it, reditt, friend feeder, twitter etc to bringing some traffic. Try to add more friends and create a big network in all the above said sites. You cannot do this step in just one day but if you have a nice network then you can pull in more traffic and you can make money. Digg, reddit, stumble upon and twitter are really good social networking sites which should never be missed.

Getting into action:

Getting links back to your newly created hub pages are so important to get your hub indexed and bring in targetted traffic.

  1. If you own a hub already then you can link back your hub from your blog. This will make your blog readers come and read your hub.
  2. Try to join groups of your niche in hubpages to earn some friends and fans for your writing.
  3. Also try to comment in other hubs related to your hub topic to get the attention of some targetted readers.
  4. Create more hubs and give the readers quality content
  5. Dont create hubs just for earning money with adsense and affiliate products. Try to write good content and make monetizing minimal.
  6. Search in Google Trends about hot topics and write about that with nice keywords and tags if you are a good writer and capable of writing various niche topics.
  7. Try to look in Requests section in hubpages and try to answer their queries.
  8. Post in forums and spread the word with your friends.

Thats it! You are done. Happy hubbing. Please leave a comment if you find this article useful.

The grammar needs a bit of going over in this article. Good info though. I too have submitted articles before they are ready to be published. A good tip is to write them one day and them come back 24 -48 hrs later and edit.

That insures your good content will be grammatically correct.

Also try letting other peeps edit for you.
