Hi again!! if you didn't read my How to increase sales on your online store PART1 please do so before reading this one! This time I'm talking about how I got my clients affiliated with my website. Everyday they come back to see whats happening! They always check out my promotions and discounts but not only that, they come to my store to talk!

This is more useful if you have a niche online store, but big stores can also use this!
Be sure to include on your store a chat room or a forum where clients can trade ideas or even their own stuff. Because yes, they will try to sell their stuff using your website but in the end it will be good for you too. You're a store! You need to have people come to your website to check your products and you will always have a better credibility and larger stock then some seller and if we are talking about collectibles for example, some random seller can get this or that vintage PlayStation game, but you have some other games and even an extra memory card that buyers need to play the game. Or if you sell stamps, buyers can buy half the collection of a season from some seller and buy the rare ones from you ;)

So its a win-win situation:

The random guy has a nice talk, share ideas and maybe can get a good deal with a random seller;
The random seller can get rid of his stuff selling to the random guys and he might even spend the cash won that way in your store;
You, get a lot of traffic driven for the random guys and sellers which also might buy stuff from you and definitely increase your site's ranking!

And that's it for today! Make your clients come everyday! You wont regret it!
