How to keep New Year's Resolutions beyond January 2nd
47Keeping The New Goals Are We??
In order to keep your new years goals or as many call them Resolutions, you need to know and completely understand why you are making them in the first place. This is only because it will help you to keep on going no matter what happens in the road along the way.
There can be many road blocks along the way in which will end up trying to halt you from continuing on your resolutions. They can include, headaches from trying to quit caffeine, patience issues from trying to be more patient with your children or friends and family, or even working too hard or in the wrong way when trying to get an early promotion from your job.
In order to stay away from these road blocks I suggest simply setting one foot in front of the other and not worrying about what will happen next or how hard it will be. If you take one step at a time then you will have an easier time getting what needs to be done done on time without any trouble. Another solution to this problem can be to surround yourself with friends and family who will support you in this new goal for 2009. It will bring you an everlasting reap of success because they are going to be by you the whole year to push you along and make sure you don't give up by the 2nd of January, or even the next couple years if this is a long New Year's Resolution.
When making long term resolutions for the new year of 2009 I'd suggest definitely making sure you have friends along with family to support you as well as a plan to help you quit the habit, or start a new and better one in which will benefit you all over.
I hope these have helped you to keep up your New Year's Resolutions for the rest of the year. If you would like to get more help send me an email at espianwriter@live.com I will get back to you asap and send you an email notifying you of the updated Hub.

Some time ago I started making just one resolution at this time, and that is to have a better year this new year than I did last year.
Well, I can say that 2008 was a definite improvement over 2007, so I guess I made my goal last year. I won't know about this year until it's nearly done, but I have a good feeling about it. Remember the old song "The future's so bright, I gotta wear shades?"

It is good to just get things rolling and go one step at a time... although I think reflection is a very important thing to do beforehand as well!
