Before going to dreams, I would like to ask why do we waste our life's 1/3rd precious time sleeping? Why do we frighten ourselves stupidly after dreaming? These are among the countless questions that plead an answer. "WHY" with our current state of knowledge most of the "HOW" query in life are quite easy to reply? The reply or answers to the "WHY" queries of human-behavior are tough to find. They will always and only could be found in the evolutionary-development of the Homo Sapiens or in the layman term human beings. From where could these human characteristics be derived from? Paranormal Beings? Supernaturals? Aliens? Visitors from the other universe or outer space? Barely, the real solution to the "WHY" query rest in the territory of evolutionary-psychology, the quite latest scientific field that tracks all the human nature and behavior to its evolutionary origin. We would have to first look at the question. WHY do we waste our life's 1/3rd precious time, sleeping or in the condition of unconsciousness?? Why do we require sleep? After we have exposed why we require sleep, we will try to expose why we dream when we are asleep.
