How to know you if you are in Love

Are you spending time trying to decide if you really are in love with your partner of the moment or is it just that you enjoy the feeling of being wanted?

How do you know if you really are in love with your Boyfriend/ girlfriend - husband or wife?Or is it just lust?

There are many types of love that we can and will feel throughout our life and it can get confusing trying to sort out which type of love it is that we are feeling for this person.

There is the romantic love for someone you want to marry or the love you have for a family member or good friend.

Many guys say I love you when they really mean they want to be intimate and at that moment they are in lust not in love which you might like to hear at that moment!

Romantic love the one we all crave is defined as when chemicals in your brain kick in & you feel like you are on a high! You feel passion when you are with them and cannot imagine being without them.

You want to be with that person with them all the time, do things for them, show them you really do love them, when they walk into a room you feel whole again.

You don't argue over silly little things like the toilet seat as you are patient, kind & loving.

When you are in love you make love, please each other not just have sex, want to please your partner, feel comfortable to try new things!

Be the one to initiate love making & not just in bed, there are many places you can be alone!

I fell in love a few years ago ( am 45, was married 22 years before) woke up one morning thinking I wouldn't jump, how could I leave him?

Have you seen the movie Titanic? since I saw an old film at school about the history of the titanic aged 9 I have been fascinated with it and watched every movie based on it.

When I was married before I used to say it would be silly for both to drown if we had been aboard the Titanic & was amazed in one of the movies when the wife after having got in a lifeboat climbed back out to be with her husband as there weren't enough lifeboats for everybody.

I couldn't understand it ....... & then I fell in LOVE

How could you bear to leave the one you love to be on their own when the ship went down?

Love is that deep inner yearning when he/she isn't with you is strong rather than just a surface lust /

I have lost the feeling I had for most of my life where it felt like there was something missing & wondering what it was ???

It was LOVE and I feel complete now.

travel together as a couple even going to a place because the partner really wants to visit.

Keep in contact with your partner while away?

If you really truly in LOVE with your partner you will not do anything deliberately to hurt them.

When you are in love you spend a lot of time thinking about them as well as by the physical responses you have to your partner when in their presence or thinking about them.

Do you shiver unexpectedly?

Get goosebumps?

Blush? Sweat?

Feel tingly all over?

Cry when saying goodbye?

Get stomach flip flops or butterflies when you see him/her coming ?

Feel like there is a lump in your throat?

Can't stop smiling for what seems like no reason ?

Feel warm and fuzzy inside ?

All of these physical responses are indicators that you may have found true love, but only when paired up with the other clues in this list.

You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.

We were given: Two hands to hold. Two legs to walk. Two eyes to see. Two ears to listen. But why only one heart? Because the other was given to someone else. For us to find.
