Still losing

Well, I am thrilled. Despite a run of "farewell parties" and other events I have continued to keep on "the Great Australian Diet" and keep losing - although a little slower than earlier on.

I'm pleased to hear from a teacher who came back from China , from the same place/school that I am going to - that she happily lost 13 kgs in 4 and a half months. Now if I could lose another 10 kgs I'll be happy too!

It is another week before I go - so look forward to losing. The secret is to eat more vegies and fruit!

Going, going, going

I started at the beginning of the year and have already lost over 15 pounds! That's right. I follow Dr John Tickell's program religiously, and find it easy to do. I don't feel hungry, I don't feel stressed by keeping to the program.

Testing times will occur in the next week as I travel to Adelaide and stay with family. I know I will be challenged by everything, but I will try and maintain my program. With the weight falling off me like it is, it would be a shame to stray too much.

How exciting!

Losing weight and feeling good.

I must be 3 weeks or so that I have been on the program and I have lost around 5 kgs. And I'm fitter, healther and I feel slimmer.

I have maintained Dr John's program, and find it easy to do. So far I've not had the challenge of some of the social/community functions that are generally part of my daily program as most organisations don't get up and going until the school students go back at the end of January.

I find the program so easy and don't feel hungry.

This might be helpful

I'm in Australia - so the product I am going to recommend might not be available where you are, but the rest of the information might be of assistance to you.

I've tried a whole range of programs including Weight Watchers (I could get the weight off - with difficulty - but it didn't stay.)

Much of my problem is my lifestyle - and a husband who is not supportive.

However, I am addressing the lifestyle/relationship issues (which I won't elaborate on here) but I have started a program developed by Dr John Tickell, an Aussie doctor who is well known for his health related television programs.

He has some interesting rules. Click here to find out more.

The product that is associated with his program is called Trimshot. Details about that product here.

The weight loss stories and improvement in health are interesting and I started only today.

I have heard of your magic Doctor.

I am afraid after lots of diet chasing the only the thing that WORKED FOR ME WAS DESIRE.

You have to desire not to want. Want is ruled by the head and Desire is run through the Heart. My suggestion try a different approach.

I think Dr Tickell's study of peoples who do not have an obesity problem is very interesting. I like the concept.

I've "survived" two days on Dr Tickell's program. Only 89 to go!
