Tips to Lose the Baby Fat

If you just had a baby you are aware that you still have baby fat after birth. Your stomach is still a little larger than it was before getting pregnant. There are things that you can do to quickly lose that weight. It will take some effort but within a few weeks you will and can have your old body shape back.

First you will want to watch your calories. Now if you are breastfeeding  check with your doctor to see how many calories you will need to eat each day. They will give you all the information that you need. The good thing is research shows that if you breastfeed you seem to lose weight faster.

You will want to eat healthy foods, and smaller portions more often during the day. Eating more often and sammler portions during  the day will keep your metabolism up.   and this will help you with feeling better sooner after giving birth because you will be giving round the clock care of the newborn.

Next you will want to start exercising more as soon as you feel betetr. This will help you get back into shape faster than if you didn't exercise. On nice days, take the baby for a walk with you in the stroller, Walking is a great safe way to get your exercise in and burn calories.. After giving birth for the first few weeks you may not feel like it but after a few weeks you will be back to feeling normal and will want to walk. Eventually you will want to add weight training then cardio training this will jumpstart your weight loss to get you back to pre-pregnancy weight.

Learn to make exercise a daily part of your routine. Do something physical every day. Not only will you be less hungry if you exercise you will also feel better about everything you do in your life. Exercising does not have to be done all at once, the first few weeks home with the baby will be hectic but you can take a few minutes here and there to exercise and get your exercise time in during the day. Just think of it this way, you will only need to exercise about 90 minutes a week. It doesn't sound like much if you break it down.

You will want to take care of yourself right after giving birth, Losing the weight will be easier and you will feel better and look better. I lost the weight after I gave birth using this method and I have never regretted it at all.

It will only take you a few weeks and you can have that body back that you had before getting pregnant. You will look great and feel great while being a new mommy.

Make Exercise Fun

Exercise with your baby to make it more fun and bond better with your baby. You want to spend precious time with your baby,

Yoga is a great way to exercise with your baby. It's slower pace and will get you back into shape in no time. Yoga is also a great way to get your pre-pregnancy body back. It will teach you to relax and to connect with your inner spirit. Right after giving birth you are probably frazzled and Yoga is an excellent way to get back into your inner spirit.

Full Spirit Yoga offers many great tips on how to practice yoga and to learn some of the moves that will get your pre-birth body back in no time.

Don't know where to start with Yoga? There are many DVD's and other great books online and in the stores that will show you how to practice Yoga.

To be thankful for anything much at all requires humility, I believe. I have little enough of it; in fact, I have a dichotomy common to alcoholics, and that is a combination of both arrogance and self-loathing. Hardly conducive to genuine humility. Another subject almost certainly.
