Losing belly fat can actually be pretty easy. First of all, you need to exercise. I am saying you have to work out everyday, but I would say at least three times a week. Twenty minutes each time. To lose the fat off your stomach, you will need to specifically work on the stomach area. After you start working out, you will need to start eating healthy. No more junk food. Try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. That is what is going to help you the most. If you keep up eating healthy and working out sometimes, you will see the difference yourself.

thanks for the reply. I mean i know you have to excercise and eat right but i guess im looking for ideas that target stomach fat specifically like certain excercises foods etc
