Loosing belly fat is really hard. So here are some tips on how to loose belly fat. so here are some tips

1. Drink alot of water and not that much soda.

2.When you have salad try to have low-fat dressing.

3. French Fries, Instead of them being Fried try cooking them just poor them on a cooking tray stick them in the over and whada no grease.

4. Exercise DAILY-try doing sit-ups, jogging/jogging in place,

5.Oh and when you say you want to loose a certain amount of pounds make it reasonable. like say 20 pounds then when you look that much say another 20 pounds nothing extremely outrageous like 45 in a month you dont want to work yourself to where you cant do anything because you have been working out so hard.

So i hope really much that this works for you. I know that it did for me.
