I am an experienced wrestling with at times haveing to lose 12 lbs in one day to compete the following night! The only way i accomplished this was by losing water weight. I am going to give you some tips on how to lose water weight.

First sodium in your body is the thrush hold for water so first clear you diet of as mush sodium as posibbe. Now you need to confuse your body for at least 5 days stright water loge your self. Continue to drink water this will not only aid in confusion but it flushes your system for extra pounds. Now no matter what you here there is no way to lose weight with out excersice. You must now hit the gym swimming is naturaly the best because its a total body work out. Using this method and the sweating for 5 hours straight i have lost 12 lbs in one night.( how ever the processe dose last 6 days)

I started at 185lbs and ended at 173 lbs
