Ways to lose weight

Losing weight can be very hard. Trust me I have been there, being overweight can affect you physically and emotionally. All you need is a little bit of will power and some elbow crease. Today I will introduce simple ways in which you can lose weight in a healthy, easy and safe ways. Just follow these guidelines and you will be on your way to a slimmer you!

  • First, realize how much you wanna, set a goal people and be realistic. Do not put it in your mind to lose 50 pounds if you only need to lose 5....
  • Create an excercise program at home or at the gym. You can do many excercise at home and for free, all you need is some will power. You can also get a personal trainer at the gym or map out what you want to work on in the gym(legs, arms) and what machines you will be using.
  • Do little things, like instead of taking the bus to work-WALK, instead of taking the elevator at your building, take the stairs. The little things accumulate into a big result.
  • Cut back on fast food, soda, anything with high calories and fat. Try to eat more nuts, seeds, olive oil. You can eat a little something something here and there but dont get used to it. DONT CUT BACK ON FOOD, YOU DONT WANT TO BECOME ANOREXIC, YOUR BODY NEEDS FOOD FOR BASIC FUNCTION OF YOUR METABOLISM
  • Drink 8 cups of water everyday, water helps the metabolism function well.
  • Eat healthy snacks!
  • Dont be afraid to sweat people!
  • I would reccomend that you speak to a doctor, to see what is the best route on your losing weight goal, also get check ups its very important for an expert to tell you how your body is reall doing.
  • Try excercising with a friend, it can motivate you and create competition!
  • Lose weight gradually- do not lose 5 pounds a week!
  • Remember everyone loses weight differently so dont get frustrated if you dont lose weight your first week.

To summarize the best way to keep your body healthy and fit is to exercise, eat healthy foods, maintain a goal, and have will power. If you are committed then you will have no problem losing weight.
