How to lose weight fast without pills or diets? You want to lose weight now, but you want to lose it immediately. Although there is currently no technique, which allows you to lose weight within a second, there is a method, which will allow you to lose a lot of weight within a month’s time. And it does not involve any type of surgery or diet pill, which do nothing either way.

If you kick this method up a notch, you can lose a lot of weight in even 3 weeks. What’s the method? High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Is it easy? No (it is “high intensity” after all). Is it for everybody? No. You have to be in somewhat decent shape because your heart rate is going to be near its peak level. How much weight can you lose? Although results will vary, my personal weight loss was 22 lbs in around 1 and 1/2 months.

If you go to any gym you’ll see people going at around 5-6 mph on treadmills. Some gyms even have tv on their treadmills so that you can entertain yourself. Is that really necessary? And people wonder why they don’t lose any weight or as fast as they want to. If you want to lose weight fast you’re going to have to get serious. I’m not saying that you won’t lose weight with traditional running, you’ll just lose it a lot slower than if you use HIIT.

What does HIIT involve? For three days a week at around 15 minutes a day you’re going to give yourself a serious beating. I’m not kidding. When you are doing this exercise you should be gasping for air. Each workout involves intervals. I’ll use running on the treadmill as an example. Rather than going at a constant pace you’re going to go, for example, 30 seconds at 10 m.p.h., 30 seconds at 3 m.p.h., 30 seconds at 10 m.p.h., 30 seconds at 3 m.p.h….until you get to 15 minutes. When you’re starting this workout, however, just keep running until you can’t keep running anymore. Some time in the future, you’ll get up to 15 minutes. Although different websites will give you different tips on what your HIIT program should consist, the key is that you exercise in intervals of high intensity and low intensity. Each HIIT exercise should be the most extreme workout of your life. It’s not easy. But if you want to know how to lose weight fast, this is it.
