65In this short article I will try to explain few simple things that will help you to get rid of fat. You can try all these for free and stop worrying about your weight. You should be able to find all the ingredients in your kitchen for this. (Warning: have a glass of water next to your plate if you're not familiar with spicy food)
Magical Paste
Take the same quantity from the following and mix it up. Grind or squash it to make a paste. Add lime and take one teaspoon with your lunch or dinner.
Curry leaves
Malabar Tamarind (Goraka)
Pepper
Garlic
Salt
Regular exercise
This is very important to enjoy good health as well as to reduce weight. Experts recommend at least 30 minutes a day, but at least 5 minutes a day is compulsory for a beginner. You need not join a Gym for aerobics. You can do simple things like walking, jogging, dancing and cycling. Those who have heart diseases should consult their physician before taking up any of the above. If you do not like to get the attention of your neighbors close the door in your room and run on the spot. Start slowly and increase the speed. I know you're busy. But you can definitely find 30 minutes for all this. Still if you're complaining try the following,
* Always take the staircase instead of the elevator (that is only if you are not carrying heavy items or late for work)
* If you're taking a bus, save money as well as your health by getting off the halt prior to your halt and WALK (that is only if you are not carrying heavy items or late for work)
* You're busy but you're never too busy for your favorite drama or music. Run on the spot while you watch or listen (try to do this without disturbing others in the room)
Always make sure that you're exercising at least one hour before/after meals. Exercising does not mean cooking, sweeping, cleaning, marketing or carrying your groceries. Avoid tight garments and do not carry heavy items when you're exercising.

I know this is difficult but if there's a will there's a way. You need not give up completely, but slowly reduce the intake and feel free for an occasional delight
Plan your meals
Have a balanced meal without taking too much carbohydrate. Eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible. Drink water without opting for carbonated beverages and other alcohol. Prepare your own meals whenever possible without buying oily, salty and instant meals Try to stick to three main meals without eating all the time. If you have Gastritis it is better to have two in between snacks. Make it light as possible without taking too much carbohydrate and sugar.
Results
If you are starting all this with a hope of overnight success, it is better not to start. It takes time. Be patient and have faith.
