How to make Perfect Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
Soy Sauce
1 Cup of Basmati Rice
2 Eggs
Milk
Salt
Pepper
green chilli ( to add some spice )
Vegetable Oil for frying
A wok to mix the rice and egg for frying
A pan to boil the rice
A fry pan to fry the egg
vinegar
(Sounds complicated there's a few dishes left over for washing at the end but hey if you want to make your own egg fried rice without stepping down to the chippy then its worth it !)
Getting started
OK here goes ,
First of all I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the request for this hub it was calling to me to answer the request ! I am currently 6 months pregnant , out of the UK and very used to the good old chippy version of egg fried rice. One of my very cravings is this chippy dish ( that along with a perfect portion of chippy chips , which I never mastered! ( should anyone want to make a hub on that I would be the first to follow the recipe hint , hint )
Rinse the rice in water and make sure that you have washed it thoroughly. Then add 2 and a half cups of water to the pan, a little vegetable oil to stop the rice sticking to the pan . Then leave it on a ,low heat to simmer until it is cooked.
While the rice is cooking crack the 2 eggs into a cup and whisk them up , adding a little milk salt and pepper.
Place oil in the fry pan and cook the mixture the same as you would make an omelette. The egg wont take long so take it out and chop it mash it up into small pieces ( this can be quite fun !)
Then you need to get out your wok, add vegetable oil for frying make sure that all the water has evaporated from the rice and that it is dry as a bone.
Then add the rice to the wok along with the mashed egg , keep stirring the egg in with the rice add soy sauce to taste, a sprinkle of pepper and 1 green chilli chopped should you want a little spice in your dish.
Sprinkle some good old chippy branstons vinegar in the dish ( I personally love vinegar but everyone has their thing ! ) Then you will start to notice the rice is turning colour a little to a kind of crispy look . Switch the heat off and serve up your new found dish of egg fried rice.

Do you think it would be possible to make this in a saucepan rather than a wok as I don't own one?
Yep a saucepan could work , as long as its none stick :)
