6. Double boiler

9. Bowl of cool water
10. Dye if adding color
11. Stearin if you are making paraffin candles
12. Pencil, chopstick or wicking needle. (anything)

Step 1 - Add the wick to the mould.

Step 2 - Melt the stearin, dye (optional), wax and essential oil together.

Step 3 - Once the proper pouring temperature has been reached then pour the wax into the mould.

Step 4 – In order to cool the candle place the mould in a bowl of cool water. You will perhaps need to weigh the candle down in some way as candles naturally float.

Step 5 - After the candle has been cooled, take it out from the water.

Step 6 - Now finally remove the candle from the mould and you are done with it.
