This is always been fun for me. I've made several of this 'Paper Bag Album's' for many occasions. I've made some to send to my closest friends with notes inside the open parts of the bag, photos from out past and cute charms and accents.

There are so many ways to incorporate what you think can be useful for this type of project. It's a great way to get rid of those scraps of paper you have bagged up because you don't want to waste them by throwing them away. Below are instructions I go by in order to complete this craft.

Items you will need:

Hole Puncher

3 lunch size paper bags: white or brown, depending on what you want to work with for your album.

accents, paper of your choice

archival spray *note paper bags are not acid free.

Glue sticks, Adhesives

Brads, go for the average size not miniature

Or for a great idea you can try fibers, scraps of fabric torn in strips or even eyelets.

Instructions:

1. First take the lunch bags and lay them on top in a stack, alternating the direction of the opening.

2. Fold the paper bags in the center, creasing them very good. After folding, take your hole puncher and place even holes along the spine about an 8th of any inch from the center fold. I usually make four, but I've seen some do 3,5 or 6. Depends on the size of your paper bag as well.

*Note - you can use an eyelet tool for this by putting a hole in each bag one at a time but I find it a lot easier to use a hole puncher. I just used this photo for a reference for punching the holes in the bags. :-)

3. Bring your bags together in the alternating position I mentioned in step 1. Place, brads, fibers, ribbon, eyelets or binder rings to hold you pages together.
