Give a simple answer - why do you need extra cash? I know the answer is very easy, “either meets your living expenses or for something specific, like, to fund an overseas holiday or to buy a special gift for your boyfriend or girlfriend in an especial occasion or get a house deposit together”. Who don’t want extra money in this tough economic time?

You can meet up your extra cash needs by getting a second job. But, could a second job be the best answer of your extra cash? No, it couldn’t be. People take a second job for several different reasons. Some do it when they think about career change or gaining experience in a new field before switch the job.

There are many other options to make extra money without getting another job.

You could-

Invest in the stock market:

This could be a good option when you have sufficient extra money which will not affect your daily living if you invest in the securities market. Knowledge and information is the main key to success in stock market. So, gather some proper knowledge about stock marker, its nature, the companies where you will invest and the various factors which will affect the stock market. And always keep in mind “don’t put your all eggs in one basket”.

Put your money in the bank so that it earns interest:

Again this option will work if you have sufficient extra money and that amount of money which will bring good amount of interest. If you put only a small amount of money in the bank that will not bring good interest and obviously bank will not offer you higher interest rate.

Just remember, if the bank’s interest rate is higher than your expected return from the stock market investment you should invest in the bank, not in the stock market. But, if the bank’s interest rate is lower and your expected return from the stock market investment is higher you should invest in the stock market.

Make money from your blog:

Adsense is a very good and of course user friendly option to earn money. Blogger blog (blogspot) recently added a new monetize link section in every blog layout settings. Now you can easily place your ads without knowing how to use adsense ads. You can use other blog monetizing ads also. (There are lots of options).

But the main thing you have to keep in mind that earnings money from blog success depends mainly on the size of your blog readership and regular update/post of your blog. The larger your reader the more you can earn.

The good idea is that write what could be easier for you, what you know and want to know others, write about your cats or dog, friend and families, your favorite TV shows or sports etc. just think yourself what is easier for you.

Become a focus group participant:

You can earn $1000 of dollars telling people just only giving your opinion. Your word, your opinion about different ads, packaging, services, product concepts and the taste of food and beverages is very much important to the Market research recruiting companies. They use your data, your opinion, and your view about an ads or product to their research.

What is your hobby? Gardening, playing piano, creating Bonsai Trees or reading tarot cards. What ever your hobby is you can earn money from your hobbies and don’t need a second job to earn extra cash.

What you have to do is “research about your hobbies whether it is worthy to other people or not, whether can sell your skill someone else wants or not and where the opportunity is”?
