French toast is a delicious breakfast food or a tasty snack. It is very easy item to make. When I was about 11year old my sister and I became somewhat obsessed by French toast and made it often. But as time went on I guess we lost interest... French toast is yum though... make some today!

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 tablespoon milk

Vanilla extract

Sugar

Cinnamon

Strawberries

At least 2 slices of bread

Method:

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract, beat the eggs and then add a tablespoon of milk, the add 2 teaspoons of sugar.

2. Then heat a frying pan that has been oiled with butter, just before frying pan is ready dunk your bread into the egg mixture (cover both sides) then place in pan.

3. When the first side is browned then turn over the bread and cook the other side.

4. Place on plate and sprinkle with sugar and then cinnamon. Then serve with strawberries or other fruit like blueberries/raspberries or black berries.

5. Consume!

Love French Toast...make it every Sunday morning with bacon and eggs. I use everything in your recipe with the addition of orange juice. I soak large Texas style ( thick ) bread slices in the sauce for 30 minutes. And yes, top with lovely pure Maple syrup...UMMMMM

Nice Hub as usual...Thanks
