How to make loads of cash using hubpages

Hello,

If you are looking at making loads of money wth your hubpage, you are in the right place.

Did you know Hubpages allows you to share revenue?

What this means is that you can place adsense, ebay, kontera links on your hubpage. Whenever someone clicks on these links or makes a purchase through them, Viola ! you get paid :)

I just love how easy it is to rake in money.

Anyways make sure when you create a new hub (or modify an existing one) that:

Your settings for ads is on high
You have updated your affiliate page (if you don't you dont get paid) Read below to watch me do it.
You have added the eBay and Amazon modules.
You send tons of traffic (will be updating this section soon) Watch out for my sure shot ways to generate tons of traffic soon... :)

To update your affiliate page follow these steps.

make sure you are logged in
Go to http://hubpages.com/my/affiliate or Click on Your Account -> Affiliate Settings

Congratulations on getting this far.

Now once you have added the eBay and Amazon module, edit them and add keywords, a flashy title and save.

I will be returning to your page to read more of your very helpful articles about being an affiliate. Very good hubs. I am a newbie in internet marketing and I am learning as I go along from free internet resources specially from hubpages.

I have signed up for amazon.com and in fact have an affiliate ID but never succeeded in getting a link in my hub. Everytime I click the amazon capsule while in an editing mode, I end up with a note: NO AMAZON.COM FOUND. What could have I done? If you could help me in this, I'd really appreciate it.

Here is how to login to Amazon

Go to:

https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates

Use your username and password which you used to create the account.

Once you are logged in, look at the left hand top corner.

You will find the following information:

Tracking ID, take that and update your affilate settings page in the text area for Amazon.

Thanks a lot for replying to my request. I did follow your suggested action but I haven't succeeded showing an amazon.com link on my hubpages. my not having entered a credit card in my account registration could have been a reason or may be other reasons.

By the way, about the Amazon URL or ASIN OR ISBN ....How do I do this? Amazon URL ..Is this the Amazon Homepage? ASIN or ISBN ..I don't know this either.

I'm sorry estellaeffects, please bear with me. I need your help on this. I hope I will be able to build the amazon.com link in my next hub.

Were you able to login to your amazon account?

As soon as you log in you will see an id at the top left hand corner which ends in something like "-20" Copy this and paste it into your affiliate settings.

Hope this helps.

Credit card information is not needed i think. I dont have one. Also, Amazon log in URL for you as an associate ( or affiliate) is

https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates

Once you login pick up the id which shows up on the top left endin in -20 or some number.

Paste this in the amazon id box in the affiliate page.

To display your amazon books etc. You need to add this module to your hub.

Here is how:

1. Select your hub.

2. Edit Hub

3. Look at the top right corner Add More Stuff -> Revenue Capsules -> amazon

4. Click on that

5. You will get message added capsule below

6. Edit amaon capsule / module (scroll down)

7. Give a subtitle like "Best products on cross stitches"

8. Click on choose keywords

9. Enter a keyword - For above eg Cross stitch patterns might be good.

10. Click on Preview Amazon Results button

11. If you are happy with what you see, save. Else enter another keyword.

12. Optionally if you already have a book or item in mind, get the code form your amazon account.

Here's how:

1 Log in to amazon

2. Serach for products on amazon.

3. If you love a book and want to promote it look for it's ISBN. This will be available, it is a code to identify that book worldwide.

4. Copy this

5. Go to hubpages, edit your hub, edit amazon module select "Choose specific products"

6. Enter ISBN in box 1

7. Enter description, you can copy from amazon .

I usuallu use method 1 above as it is very convenient. Make sure you place a good key word, and also check the results, you dont want adult, immoral or hate items showing up in your hub.
