How to make ugali and sukuma

Ugali

Is the most eaten food in east, central and southern Africa, that is Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Congo,Zambia,Malawi,Zimbabwe,Mozambique,Angola, South Africa, Swaziland,Namibia,Botswana, Angola.In all these countries ant east even if they have other foods but they also eat ugali as one of the main food. Ugali is the east African name while in other countries they have their own names.And the way it is made it varies depending on location, sometime this amazing food it can be made in away that you will always want to eat It.

The following is the best way how to make ugali and sukuma

Ingredients

1.Maize flour

2.Water

3.Blue band

- Put water in your pot and then let it boil ,

Then you mix flour with cold water separately

And then pour it in the boiling water keep stirring until the flour is mixed and looks like soft porridge,after that you wait for about 10 minutes,then you pour more flour in that porridge as you stire until it is had, then add some blue band very little st ire again and after two minutes you remove from the stove it is read to be served. with

Sukuma.

Cut some onions and tomatoes in small pieces

Then put oil in your pan

Fry onion first until it turns brown, then put tomatoes together with onions and salt mix slowly, after 5 minutes put in your nicely cut sukuma mix it with onion and tomatoes wait for 10 minutes thereafter you remove it from the stove it is read to be served with Ugali
