How to make bows for any holiday or occassion.

HI Gardening Friends
Here are some simple instructions for making beautiful bows
for any occassion. Here is what you need to make this bow.

1.Scissors

2. Wired Ribbon for the bow below you need size 2.5"x 10Y
1 10 yard roll will make 3 bows because you just need
   3 yards for each bow.

3. 1 18" gauge wire

If you make the bow with a bow by hand here is what you do

Wreath Bow

Use approximately 3 yards of 2.5 inch ribbon.

Step one Get you 18 inch gauge of wire.

Step two Your ribbon measure 3 yards off the roll.

Step three Cut two pieces of 10" of ribbon for the tails.

Step four measure to 5 inches and fold over to form a loop.

repeat that on the other side and make sure that you twist the ribbon that the front of the ribbon shows at the front of the bow that you are making. Do this and repeat make three 5 inches long loops. Then measure to 4 inches and make two more loops on each side 4 inches long. Make a single 1-1/2" to 2" loop on one

side. Now wire tightly and separate the loops so that the three 5 inch loops

fan out across the bottom of each side of the bow and the two 4 inch loops

lay side by side on top of the 5 inch loops. Cutting diagonally, trim both tails to equal at both sides.

I hope you try to make your own hand made bows.
