Simple exercise for dramatic results...
Simple exercise for dramatic results...

Does the one size fits all approach work...

Just hype? Men and women have different metabolisms and body types so what works for one will not work necessarily for another!

When it comes to getting better results, whether it be fat-burning or weight training...you need to know the facts:

Firstly, weight loss, fat loss it's all a head game...

You need the right approach with mindset. Period!

This is the #1 neglected area and it's not all about setting goals, it's about empowering yourself to see no obstacle in your way.

You want to use your own mind body connection to naturally heal and energize your life.

You want to use your mind body connection to get yourslef in a position where by you can do whatever it takes to achieve the health, fitness and body you desire.

That means putting the time and effort into what will be a huge pay off in terms of your results and healthy living.

I'm talking about looking and feeling the way you want not for just one day of the year, but comfortably for as long as you want!

Imagine yourself standing in front of the mirror, confident, loving what you see and feeling great about the person you have become...

No butts about it, if you want to get your mindset right for fat burning it goes beyond ordinary nutrition and training.

The next step is to get your butt in gear with whole body workouts.

Look, you don't need a full gym of fancy equipment...a simple barbell and dumbells will do the job better and they're much better to burn fat because you burn more calories.

Tip: Forget about targeting smaller groups...it serves you no purpose to build an unbalanced body.

Besides it takes time to understand the dynamics of how to train properly so you can strengthen core strength and functional muscle as opposed to "showing off" muscle!

If you're not into bodybuilding competitions...don't waste your time doing workouts involving small muscle groups like shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, etc...

Better still you can by pass the clunky weights and get even far more superior results in less time by doing it natural.

In other words...use objects around you to lean on or push off like bench top for push-ups, one legged squats, using your own body weight of course.

Compound exercises like chin-ups, squats, dumbbell presses, and rows are just awesome for building strength and shaping your body...fast!

These type of exercises are very effective for maximizing your fat burning workout because the exercise itself requires more physical energy by working the muscle deeper.

The reason why you want to do compound natural body exercises/movements that involve the combinations of primary and secondary muscles is to also help you burn more calories...

By involving as much of the body as possible you switch on your metabolism.

Obviously using your own body weight means you are having to lift your own body weight.

Yeah, more effort and intensity because if you're not feeling it, then you're not going to see the results you want.

You don't have to go crazy, but bear in mind this means challenging your muscles each time you workout.

By working out intensely your workouts are more demanding, you need only to workout 2-3 times a week to burn more fat, even while you're resting you get the benefits.

Now you're going to want to eat your protein.

I know alot of women out there aren't getting enough protein to blast fat and firm-up.

You can have a great workout, but if your nutrition is off then you won't see the results that you want either, so every little step creates the desired result.

Hi culturism, thanks for stopping by and taking time out to read this article, I appreciate you. Because there are many factors involved, to correctly answer your question, it would be advantageous to know more about you, your current state of health, level of activity, body type and nutritional habits...in general depending on your goals you could safely aim for 1-2lbs a week, up to 10lbs a month, more or less! If you're serious and stick to the plan I formulate for you, you could double your results, its possible but not typical in every case. Cheers!
