"Blessed" Crystal of Water

Creating confidence

When I was a grade school student and I had to deliver a speech in front of the class, I would deliver the speech to my Mother the night before. She would frequently make a few suggestions. when I was in college, however, it was quite different. My Mother was 100 miles away and my roomates were all too busy. So, I would deliver the speech "cold-turkey." Actually, this created a lot of psychologcal trauma for me, possibly because I was not very close to the students in my class. so, alienation is a big factor in creating chaos with your delivery. Now, classically, advisors recommend that you practice in front of a mirror, and, I believe, this is the most effective method for reducing the anxiety level. Another important factor in creating a "comfort zone" is to pick a subject about which you are passionate. Speaking about such issues will actually decrease your anxiety level. And, lastly, do your research. Know your topic. With the accessibility of the internet, there is no reason not to be prepared. and, remember, there will be questions and you need to examine all the angles before you deliver your presentation, your hypothesis. I have attached a video interview of Mike Aguilera, communication expert. I have also provided a link to his site that speaks about the power of positive affirmations and some interesting discoveries by Dr. Masaru Emoto on the effect of "blessings" on the chemical structure of water using high speed photography. Good luck.
