Writer's Block Issues
51Overcoming Writer's Block
First off, don't think of it as a writer's block, think of it as tranisitonal searching. At a point of so-called writer's block is actually you attempting to find a transitional segment or finality. So just change the nature on how you look at said situation.
Second, get away from what you are thinking of for a while. Go for a walk, get something to eat, or switch to a different hobby altogether. Your brain may be saying I need an active break and need to go into passive mode. By doing so allows your thought process to reorganize itself and allow to come up with the necessary writing sequence or wording you want.
Third, your diet may also be a culprit. Drink more water and lay off too much caffiene. Check to see if you are eating properly. Add some specific supplements to your diet. Get some exercise to get the blood and oxygen flowing.
These are three primary areas that I would start off with, particulary if "writer's block" is more frequent than incidental.
This should help.
