Simple fast steps to cook vegetarian friendly omlette in minutes

Hi hubbers,

Today, I am going to tell you how to prepare a super-delicious veggie omelet or uttapam.

Here it goes, take some curd and put some semolina in it, then take some onion and shred it in small pieces, add some green chilly to it for taste.

Now, stir the curd and semolina well and add salt and spices according to your taste, green chilly and others.

Keep it on preheated flat tawah on low flame.

Now cut some pieces of onion, tomato, Shimla mirch if you want and put them on top of it on the front side as a layer or topping on a pizza, press it and keep a big deep plate or cap on it and let it rest with the steam. Now, turn it over. Now cook it on the other side. Use some oil, if necessary, as it may get sticky with the tawah.

Now what, serve in the plate with coconut sauce, white or red, and if you want sambhar and eat it friend.
