Constipation is always a popular common problem for us and it is not healthy, luckily that you can actually prevent and get rid of constipation. In most cases, constipation occurs mainly because the food we eat like delicious fried food and meaty food. Less vegetables intake is also another cause. But in this world full of delicious food, it’s quite hard for us to balance out our food type. Constipation will eventually lead to painful shitting, ass hole diseases, sometimes death if not moving your bowel for too long. Because if you keep your shit too long in your intestine will eventually let your body to absorb the shit until dry thus making bloody shitting process, and your body will also absorb unwanted waste nutrient causing your body to become unhealthy.
More fruits and green vegetables
Some advice to prevent constipation is to eat more veges, because most vege contain a lot of fiber. Fiber helps a lot in letting go your feces. Banana is also another solution, just try it yourself when you didn’t go to toilet for 3 days by eating a lot of bananas. You will successfully move your bowel. So the preventive practice is to eat more fiber stuff daily, grains, wheat, vegetables, fruits and other. If it’s very serious, try consult your doctor to get other immediate solution like drugs. Getting rid of constipation is not hard just try to have a balanced diet, exercise for at least 1 hour at 2 to 3 times a week, and remember to eat more vegetarian’s food.
