Determine to quit smoking

Smoking is not good for your health but if you can make yourself entertain by it then what's wrong with it. I myself, a smoker when I was young as 5 years old. My grandmother believed that letting me smoke with a tobacco would help my leukemia thing or lack of red blood cells. So I was smoking for about more or less 10 years with just about any types of cigars or tobacco.I cannot hold without smoking most especially after my breakfast or any meals.

When I went to school in my second grade or third, I packed a couple of tobacco roll and then smoke in the woods. My classmates were teasing me about it, the smell and my teeth was yellowish. I was afraid of the dentist so I intentionally missed the day if I knew there's a dentist in the school clinic.

When I became a teenager, I find hard to smoke in public because I was embarrassed with others most especially the color of my teeth and the smell. So I decided to find a way to stop smoking by myself without any medicine or drugs or any advice from adult. I took some palm nuts or any seeds that are edible to human and it taste bitter or sour.

But in today's technology, you can find many remedies or drugs to control your smoke cravings. But if you are determine to stop then everything is possible. Your mind is stronger than your mouth so make it possible to quit smoking without any hassle in your part. I knew it's not easy to just stop, it really takes a lot of courage and guts to say no to smoking.
