How to remain healthy and young forever

Let me start with law of nature...
We know that nature has its process of birth, growth, aging, becoming old and so on. The reality of death is also there. Our body has a tendency to grow and reach up to a level then starts the process of aging, which leads the different kind of issues related with tiredness, then it affects our temperament and health issue also occurs! Mostly we surrender our aging process before the time or let us say frankly that we allow the aging to suppress our energy level, capacity and enthusiasm! This is really a fact that we just put our efforts in vein and follows the habit of our cells' process of aging as well as our mental unwillingness also!
We just believe that this is the law of nature and so we have to pass through and follow the reality. But this is not the law of nature because we have not follow nature mostly during our life and we have adopted life-style in relation with our own adjustments and what ever we have develop to fulfill our needs and hobbies and greed and benefits and earnings and so on!
Here lies the key of our aging issues, our ailments, diseases and sickness! We really make our selves aged person with our own unknown efforts: Let me clear more. We mostly become busy to fulfill our desires, likings, dreams and at the same time we struggle to achieve all such with a feeling of dissatisfaction. We keep ourselves in occupying the things we want to be with us or want to be in our possession! This makes us more and more stressful and the unwanted thing touches our inside; our active capacity, our enthusiasm, our hope, our faith and other positive thing we have had! And we become day by day more and more aged persons!
Well let all the things happen but at the same time if we do the things which are helpful to keep us stress free, tension free and smiling then we could have able to stop aging before time! At the same time if we follow daily exercise, yoga, breathing system, meditation and relaxation with our selves then we will have more energy to combat the aging and tiredness and lack of enthusiasm and so on!
I want to say this way that these kinds of things provide positive attitude for life and we become realistic as well as real dream fulfiller! This would definitely create a good health in us. We become really care taker of our body and mind so a good health and aging issues would not be affect us.
But evergreen young element really demands much more things in us. First of all one should have self discipline with regularity in life and life style. At the same time positive thinking process and sound characteristics within helps the person to keep fit in any situation, which always helps to keep you young and healthy!
I think this is enough to go ahead to gain the good health and stop the aging process early!
