How to survive a heart attack while alone
76What is a Heart Attack?
Let us assume a situation. Some one is returning back home, of course alone, after an unusually tiring day.
He or she is really tired, upset and frustrated.
Suddenly the person starts experiencing severe pain in his or her chest that starts to adiate out into arms and up into jaw. The nearest hospital is miles away. Unfortunately the person does not know if he or she will be able to make it that far. The person has been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell how to perform it self.
HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHILE ALONE
Many people suffer a heart attack or cardiac stroke while alone. Many times the person has only about ten to fifteen seconds left before losing consciousness. It is very difficult for the person to survive without proper medical help. Unfortunately, most of the times in this type of situation, they are unable to get proper medical help.
Thousands of deaths occur every year all over the world in this type of situations. This comes suddenly and it is almost impossible to predict when and where a person faces a cardiac stroke or heart attack. It is also not possible that a person will not move or live alone.
Is there any way for them to survive?
I have got a simple tip to follow from Mr. Kuldeep Kothari, a chartered accountant in Delhi, India. I would like to reproduce the same that may help some.
These victims can help themselves by coughing vigorously and repeatedly. They should take a deep breath before each cough. The cough should be deep and prolonged. It should be like producing sputum from deep inside the chest.
They have to repeat deep breath and vigorous cough again and again continually till getting proper medical help. Sometimes heart starts beating normally again even without medical help while applying this process.
Human heart continually pump blood to and fro lungs and body through veins and artery. It maintains supply of oxygen through out the body cells. Blood also brings Carbon-di-oxide from body cells to the lungs and exhales it.
Blood supply disrupts in cardiac stroke. Human heart damages severely in cardiac stroke (heart attack). This affect is generally of permanent nature. It also affects ejection fractioning of the heart (efficiency of pumping blood). Severe heart attack may lead to fatal cardiac arrest.
Deep breaths enhance oxygen supply into the lungs and coughing squeezes the heart that keeps blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. The victims can get time to reach hospital or at least to get help from other persons in this way.
I request readers to tell as many people as possible about this process. It can save their lives!!
Cardiologists say if you, who have got this mail, send it to ten people; you can bet that you will save at least one life.

In the cases of heart attack and cardiac arrest, or any other heart shocks, time sets to be the most crucial factor for the survival of the patient. Sometimes, a little knowledge regarding the immediate actions to be taken may help your near and dear ones to survive in such incidents. Keith Churchwell has extraordinarily explained the pros and cons while handling patient suffering immediate heart attack or cardiac arrest in www.wellsphere.com/complementary-alternative-medicine-article/heart-attack-or-cardiac-arrest/610913. The response a person takes to treat a victim decides the probability of his/her survival. Its been my personal experience fighting to survive against a heart attack. A quick recognization of your bodily responses may increase your chances of survival. Because of having many heart problems, I was enrolled in a concierge Healthcare program from elite health. I was attacked by a severe heart attack in a party, luckily surrounded by many people. Some of the sudden changes in my body was recognized by me and anticipated immediately. I got a very severe chest pain which was almost unbearable for more than a minute. I got the suspicion that I might be having heart attack, and immediately called my physician on the phone, and explained my condition and its severity. Because of the immediate guidance, I was directed immediately to have an aspirin which I used to carry with me as prescribed by my physician. It was quite a frightening experience for me to face such a heart attack, but somehow I managed to be calm until 911 arrived. I was immediately taken to the nearest hospital, where already my physician were present and have got everything setup according to my medical history. And it was in some matter of seconds that everything was in control. A doctor, who already have the complete knowledge of the medical history and fitness of the person, extra ordinarily ameliorate your recovery process. Hence such a concierge level program from Elite health, helped me a save my life, like many others.
