Also besides medical reasons, massaging your scalp to a great extent can also lead to tremendous hair fall. Be gentle to your hair.

HAIR OIL

Hair oil only helps to give your luster. Apply hair oil only at night or an hour prior to shampooing your hair. An interesting fact is that hair-oil might increase dandruff. Dandruff, an infection in the scalp that is caused by a fungus. It is another agent that spoils hair. Hair oil acts as a culture ingredient, which is why it should be avoided. It is better to use hair oil only twice in a week. Hair-oil works as a conditioner and massaging your hair with it will improve blood circulation.

HAIR DYE

Hair color always damage hair, unless of course you take the necessary precautions.

Here are a few tips:

  1. Use a hair dye from a reputed company.
  2. Keep a wide gap between two applications.
  3. Use a proper shampoo, as pertaining to your texture of hair.
  4. Use a good conditioner.

Using these chemicals can lead to dryness, so make sure to restrict the number of times you apply the dye.

SHAMPOO AND CONDTIONER

No matter what the shampoo, always ensure to look for sodium laureth sulphate, jobeba oil and aloe vera, as these are the most important ingredients for smooth, silky hair. After shampooing your hair, use protein-based conditioner. This is a coating, so make sure to use it over your hair; don’t rub it into your scalp.

  • It is best to use a leave-on conditioner, which is usually milk-based.
  • For formal hair, use a volume shampoo coupled with moisture-based or leave-on conditioner.
  • For dry hair, use an extra rich shampoo with a regular conditioner.
  • For oily hair, use a volume shampoo as it dries the scalp and ends of your hair, as well as a leave-on conditioner.
  • For fizzy hair, use a curl control mask shampoo and a moisture-based conditioned.
